Returns Policy – Camp Right
We hope you’re happy with your purchase from Camp Right. However, if you do need to return an item, please review the information below to ensure your return is eligible.
Please note: we do not accept returns of used items, unless the product is faulty.
Returns Eligibility
- You must contact our Customer Care Team within 14 days of receiving your order to notify us of your return.
- Once approved, you will have a further 14 days to return the item to us.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition, with all parts included.
- We reserve the right to refuse any return if the product shows signs of use, wear, damage, or if any parts are missing.
- For hygiene and health protection reasons, products that have been unsealed after delivery cannot be returned, unless faulty.
Please note: Return postage costs are not covered by Camp Right.
How to Return an Item
- Contact our Customer Care Team via the Contact Form within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Once approved, return the item within the next 14 days.
- Complete the return form provided and include proof of postage.
- Repackage the item securely. If the original packaging is unavailable, please ensure it is well protected for transit.
- Send the parcel to the address below using a courier of your choice.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, and confirm it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
Once initiated, the refund will take from 3-5 working days.
Product Not Working as Expected?
If your product is faulty or not functioning as expected, please contact our Customer Care Team via the Contact page. Our product specialists can resolve most issues quickly.
If the issue cannot be resolved, we will offer a free replacement (new or refurbished of equivalent condition), in line with our 12-month manufacturer’s warranty.
